Narcissism is said to exist on a spectrum, although the word spectrum by default naturally implies colour, in actuality, its monochrome and nearer to a grey scale. Towards the dark end of the scale, you’ll find a more sinister form of a narcissism i.e. the malignant narcissist. Those dark entity’s that hate themselves as much as they hate all humanity. Narcissistic personality disorder or NPD for short, is both a clinical diagnosis, as well as a full-blown pathology. NPD is an incurable empathy deficient disorder; Individuals with NPD learn to mirror the positive traits and emotions of others to appear normal. The ultimate predators, individuals with NPD have the ability to shapeshift into anyone . . . including you! Albeit by mirroring your positive traits and wearing a mask for every occasion, thereby creating the perfect illusion of normality. Such is their well-honed acting skills - they possess a stealth like ability to fly under the radar, by hiding in plain sight. Narcissistic personality disorder is at the heart of sociopathy and psychopathy (now known as Antisocial Personality Disorder). Individuals with NPD can be extremely dangerous and volatile, some individuals some are very reactive and will kill you quickly, others gradually suck the life out of you, in order to kill you slowly!
